What to use besides kefir to make lush pancakes: a very simple dough that will definitely rise
Successful pancakes should be low-fat and lush. It all depends on what you use to make the dough. Many housewives use kefir and soda. But there is another win-win option – yeast.
The idea of making lush yeast pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname talli_sun. It is ideal to serve with tea with jam or condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- flour – 250 g
- milk – 250 ml.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 2 tsp.
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- yeast (dry) – 1 tsp.
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Pour sugar and yeast into warm milk. Stir to combine.
2. Add the flour, mix, and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
3. Add the egg, salt, and vegetable oil.
4. Mix well again until combined.
5. Leave the dough again for 30 minutes.
6. Without stirring the dough, take a spoonful from the edge of the dough and put it in a frying pan with well-heated vegetable oil.
7. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
