  • prunes - 300-400 g
  • spices for meat - to taste
  • bay leaves - 4-5 pcs
  • allspice - 4 pcs
  • salt - to taste

1. Choose ribs that have a fairly thick layer of meat and not much fat.

2. They should be cut, washed, and covered with water for 30-40 minutes to allow excess blood to drain.

3. Then rinse them again and put them on a plate covered with a napkin. Wipe the top with another napkin, removing excess moisture. The ribs should be dry.

4. Sprinkle them with meat spices and rub each rib. Leave for 10-15 minutes, and then fry on all sides in a little oil over medium heat.

5. Put the fried ribs in a saucepan or a multicooker bowl. Pour water (so that it covers the ribs by 1 cm), add salt, bay leaves and allspice. Simmer for 50 minutes (stewing mode).
