Watermelon and bryndza salad that is very tasty and unusual

I have been surprising guests and delighting my family with this salad during the watermelon season for many years now. We first came across it in the States at an Italian restaurant. I recalled the hot summers at my grandmother's house in Bessarabia right away, where watermelon is eaten with brynza.

Ingredients:

- half a small watermelon

- 100 grams of cheese

- olive oil

- 3-4 sprigs of cilantro

1. Prepare the ingredients. Chill the watermelon in the refrigerator. Peel it off and cut into large pieces. Rinse the cilantro well to remove any sand, as it is often found in it. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

2. Put the sliced watermelon on a plate and sprinkle with chopped cilantro, cheese and oil. Do not stir this dish to avoid excess juice.

It's ready! Enjoy a hot September afternoon with your loved ones.
