Universal cheese sauce made from natural ingredients: how to make it at home
Cheese sauce is often used to prepare various fast foods or served with meat. This addition gives the dishes a special flavor. And to avoid buying store-bought sauce with various preservatives and chemicals, make it at home.
The idea of making homemade cheese sauce without chemicals was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daryna Dariko (recepti_dariko). It contains a lot of dairy products, so the consistency of the sauce will be quite thick.
Ingredients:
- toasted cheese - 1 pack (130 g)
- grated Parmesan cheese - 30 g
- cream 20% - 200 g
- butter - 10 g
- salt, pepper to taste (cheese can be of different salinity, so it is better to add salt to taste)
- spices: 1/4 tsp each of paprika and Provencal herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, spices.
2. Stir a little.
3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
4. After boiling, add the butter.
5. Let it dissipate.
6. Pour into cold dishes.
