A cabbage salad is the case when you can combine any ingredients and the dish will still turn out flawless. Even when it's a salad based on two types of cabbage: Chinese and purple, and with the simplest dressing – oil. It's perfect for a hot summer day.
Food blogger Nataliia Sus shared a recipe for a salad of Chinese and purple cabbage on her YouTube channel (Home Recipes from Nataliia Sus).
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage – 200 g
- purple cabbage – 100 g
- kiwi – 1 pc.
- feta cheese – 100 g
- onion – 1\4 pcs.
- prunes – 4 pcs.
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- sunflower seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the purple cabbage.
2. Chop the Chinese cabbage.
3. Cut the kiwi into cubes.
4. Cut the onion into half rings.
5. Chop the prunes.
6. Fry the sunflower seeds.
7. Grind the cheese with your hands.
8. Season with vegetable oil.
9. Sprinkle with seeds if desired.
