Tiramisu balls in 5 minutes: made without eggs, cream and baking
Tiramisu is one of the most popular desserts, based on coffee-soaked savoyardi cookies and delicate cream cheese. The classic recipe takes a lot of time to prepare, but there is an alternative - Tiramisu balls, which are made without eggs, cream, sugar, and most importantly, baking.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Tati Chudnova (chudnova.food) shared a recipe for Tiramisu cakes, which are made in the form of balls without adding eggs and cream, and without baking.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi biscuits - 150 g
- mascarpone cheese - 100 g
- chilled coffee - 60 ml
- chocolate paste
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the cookies by hand or with a blender.
2. Add cottage cheese and iced coffee to the cookie crumbs. Mix until smooth.
3. Divide the resulting mass into 7-8 pieces and form a ball, wrapping chocolate paste inside each. Sprinkle the balls with cocoa.
4. Leave the cakes in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or you can eat them right away.
