Despite the benefits of oatmeal, not everyone likes it. It is rather boring and neutral. Therefore, the best option is to use the following technology. The taste will pleasantly surprise you.
The idea of cooking baked pears with oatmeal was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena (prukorm.tarilochku). It can be an independent dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 large medium-soft pear
- 4 tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 tbsp peanut or nut butter
- butter or ghee oil for greasing
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the center from pears.
2. Crush with a fork.
3. Rinse oatmeal and pour boiling water over it for about 10 minutes.
4. Drain and add to the pear pulp.
5. Add peanut butter and mix everything.
6. Smear the pears with butter, put the filling on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
