Thin and fast pizza in a pan: no yeast and no kneading
If you don't have the opportunity or time to fuss with pizza dough, there is a great alternative. You can make your favorite dish without yeast and long kneading. All you need is a frying pan and 10 minutes of time.
Food blogger Snizhana Dudok, snizhana.dudok, shared a recipe for a quick pizza in a pan on her Instagram page.
Dough:
- sour cream - 4 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 9 tbsp.
Filling:
- hard cheese - 50 g
- ham or sausage - 100 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- greens
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix eggs with salt with a whisk.
2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well.
3. Add flour and mix until smooth. The consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
4. Next, you need to prepare everything for the toppings: cut sausage or ham into cubes, dice tomatoes into slices, and grate cheese.
5. Pour the dough into the preheated pan evenly. Fry under the lid for about 1 minute.
6. After that, grease the top layer with ketchup and put the toppings. The readiness of the pizza can be determined by the cheese: it will melt completely. In general, the cooking process takes about 5-7 minutes.
