  • 200 g soft butter
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 400 g of flour
  • 0.5 tsp of baking soda

  • 700 ml of sour cream
  • powdered sugar to taste
  • 800 g of cherries
  • 50 g of corn starch
  • sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the soft butter with a mixer for a few seconds, add sour cream (at room temperature), flour and baking soda, and knead the dough.

2. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for an hour.

3. Mix the cherries with the starch and sugar.

4. Put on medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to thicken.

5. Divide the cold dough into 15 pieces.

6. Roll out each one, put the cherries and form tubes.

7. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and place in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

8. For the cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar.

9. Put 5 tubes on a plate, grease them with cream, then 4, cream again, 3, cream, 2 and finally 1.

10. Level the cake with the remaining cream and send it to the refrigerator to stabilize for 2 hours.
