The dessert that everyone loves is the simplest "Anthill funnel cake", based on cookies or shortbread dough and condensed milk.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious Anthill funnel cakes with condensed milk on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- margarine – 250 g
- flour – 16-18 tbsp
- egg – 1 pc.
- milk – 3 tbsp.
- salt – a pinch
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- condensed milk "Toffee" – 500 g
- honey – 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: grate margarine, add milk, sugar, salt, egg, and flour to make a very stiff dough.
3. Knead quickly and place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
4. Rub it on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven.
5. Mix the finished dough with condensed milk, shape it, and refrigerate.
