A food blogger with the nickname ya.na.cooking shared a recipe for making syrnyky in the oven with a filling. On Instagram, she not only told us how to cook them correctly but also what to add to the filling to make the dish truly unbeatable.
Ingredients for syrnyky
- cottage cheese - 420 g
- flour - 70 g
- egg - 1 pc + 1 yolk
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
Ingredients for the filling
- sour cream - 200 gr
- egg - 1 pc
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation
1. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Form syrnyky by rolling them in flour.
4. Combine sour cream, egg and powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth.
5. Fry the syrniki in a frying pan over high heat until a crust forms.
6. Put the syrniki in a baking dish and pour the filling over them.
7. Put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
