Summer crab salad with an unexpected ingredient: the dish takes 10 minutes to prepare
Crab stick salad can be prepared with rice, if you want the dish to be more hearty. And in summer, you can prepare the salad with fresh cucumbers, canned pineapples and green onions. For dressing you can use not mayonnaise, but yogurt with mustard.
- crab sticks - 180 g
- canned pineapples - 150-200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- smoked sausage - 150 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- mayonnaise - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut smoked sausage into straws, crab sticks arbitrarily. Cut pineapples and eggs into small pieces. Grate cheese on a large grater or cut into cubes.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic and mayonnaise, mix and you can eat.
