Sugar-free banana cake in 15 minutes: no need to fry or bake cakes
A delicious homemade cake can be made without baking or frying. It is enough to use cookies instead of dough and spread the cake with a simple sour cream or yogurt. This dessert can be made even without electricity or gas.
Nutritionist Irena with the nickname irena_sportpro shared a recipe for a banana cookie cake on her Instagram page. The dessert does not contain sugar and is made from a simple cream based on yogurt and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:
- sugar-free biscuits
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- yogurt 1.6% - 100 g
- banana - 1-2 pcs
- chocolate - 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the cream, beat the cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth. If necessary, add a little water to make the mass liquid.

2. Cut the banana for the filling.
3. Cover the mold with foil. Put the cake in layers: cookies, cream, and banana. Sprinkle each layer lightly with chocolate.
