  • peppercorns – 15 pcs.
  • allspice – 10 pcs.
  • bay leaves – 3-5 pcs.
  • onion peel
  • garlic – 3-4 pcs.
  • spices for lard – 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the brisket in a saucepan.

2. Add salt, pepper, onion scales and cover with water.

3. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Turn off and cool completely in the same water in which the meat was cooked.

6. Add chopped garlic, sprinkle with spices for lard, and crush well with your hands.
