If you need to come up with a hearty snack in a hurry, you can use plain pita bread. Cooking with it is a significant time and even money saver. You just need to wrap a delicious filling and you can eat it immediately or cut it into smaller rolls.

The idea of making quick pita bread rolls for a snack was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin_withkitchen. Lightly salted red fish is ideal for the filling.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 2 pcs.
  • cream cheese - 120 g
  • lightly salted trout - 100 g
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Spread the pita bread with cheese.

2. Put another pita bread and spread with cream cheese again.

3. For the filling, cut the cucumber and fish into strips.

4. Put the sliced cucumber and fish on the pita bread in three rows.

5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Roll into a roll and put in the refrigerator for an hour to stabilize.

7. Then cut it into pieces.
