Instead of traditional sweet donuts, you can make savory ones. You need to make a simple yeast dough with milk. And you can put sausages inside.
The idea of making sausage doughnuts was published on the Instgaram page of food blogger Tetiana Riabokin (mama_na_kykhne). To avoid excess oil, place the products on a napkin.
Ingredients:
- sausages
- milk - 250 ml
- pressed yeast - 30 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt
- egg - 1 pc
- oil - 3 tbsp
- flour - 500 g
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough with the specified ingredients.
2. Put it in a warm place to rise.
3. Cut the sausages into 2-3 cm pieces.
4. Divide the dough into small pieces.
5. Put the sausages in the middle and form balls. Fry in plenty of oil.
