Potato waffles: perfect for breakfast or a snack
Potato waffles are a great base for a nutritious and tasty breakfast or a quality snack. They are extremely easy to prepare and convenient to take with you.

Ingredients
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- green onions - ½ bunch
- flour - 3 tbsp
- cheese - 50 g
- salt
- pepper
- dry garlic
- oil
Method of preparation
1. Peel and grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess moisture with a sieve.
2. Chop green onions and grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
3. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, eggs, cheese, green onions, salt, pepper and dry garlic.
4. Add flour and mix again.
5. Grease a preheated waffle iron with vegetable oil and put the potato mixture on it.
6. Fry the waffles until golden brown.
