Recently, a food blogger with the nickname nastya_shemelina9 posted an interesting pizza recipe in 10 minutes on Instagram. Thanks to its ingredients, this dish can be both a great breakfast and a delicious dinner.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Kefir – 200 ml
- Soda – 0.5 tsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Flour – 160 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- Tuna, canned in oil
- Corn
- Caesar sauce
- Hard cheese
- Tomatoes
- Herbs
How to cook
1. Beat the eggs with a whisk.
2. Add salt, flour, baking soda and mix until smooth.
3. Add the oil and mix again.
4. Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up, and pour the batter. Fry for 5-7 minutes over low heat under a lid.
5. Turn the pizza base over and put the toppings on it.
6. Fry under a closed lid until the cheese melts.
7. Put the herbs and tomatoes on the pizza after it has been removed from the heat.
