Mini-potato-pancakes with meat and sour cream from Hector Jimenez-Bravo: the recipe
Potato pancakes are a very popular dish that is easy to prepare and has many serving options. You can serve pancakes with sour cream, make them with a filling, or bake them in a crockpot with a side of fries. All of these dishes are incredibly tasty, nutritious, and quick to prepare. They are also considered budget-friendly.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo recently posted a recipe on Instagram for miniature potatopancakes with meat and sour cream that are simply crazy.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Minced chicken - 200 g
- Flour - 20 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 10 g
- Salt - 3 g
- Oil - 50 ml
- Sour cream - 70 g
- Green onions - 20 g
The way of cooking:
1. Grate the potatoes, rinse them from starch, and dry them with paper towels.
2. Mix potatoes, egg, minced meat, flour, grated garlic and salt until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan well and fry the pancakes until golden brown. Then turn over and fry again.
4. Mix the sour cream with dill and serve with the pancakes.
