Ingredients
- minced meat - 400 gr
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- dried garlic
- paprika
- onion - 1 pc
- spinach - 200-250 g
- cream - 200 ml
The method of preparation
1. Mix minced meat with spices and breadcrumbs.
2. Add egg and mix again until smooth.
3. Form small balls with wet hands and roll each one in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Remove the meatballs and fry diced onion in the same pan.
6. Add spinach, cream and spices to the onion to taste. Stew.
7. Add the meatballs and simmer for another 5 minutes.
