Biliash is a fairly common Tatar dish in Ukraine. At its core, it is a small pie made of unleavened or yeast dough with minced meat full of spices, which is fried in oil. Since childhood, millions of people have loved biliashi because of its unusual and juicy taste.

However, many people refuse to eat them because of the excessive amount of oil and dough used in the recipe. Therefore, food blogger Olha Riabenko offered an alternative recipe for biliashi on Instagram that does not use dough.
