Fish cutlets are a delicious, healthy and dietary dish that can be made from different types of fish and even canned food. The most important thing is to make a good minced meat and not to overfill it with flour so that the cutlets are not too tight.
Food blogger MariiaMorklianyk shared a recipe for fish cutlets without bread and flour on her Instagram page. In this case, you can add cream to the minced meat, which makes the dish very tender and juicy, as well as breadcrumbs, which will help the cutlets keep their shape perfectly.
Ingredients:
- white fish fillet (the recipe uses cod)
- onion - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- carrot
- spices
- salt
- dill
- Parmesan or any other cheese - 1 tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
- cream - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the fish fillet, namely grind it through a meat grinder or beat it in a blender until minced.
2. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables until the carrots are soft and the onions are golden.
3. Add the egg, roast, dill, breadcrumbs, salt, cream and hard cheese to the minced fish. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Form the minced meat into patties.
5. Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan on both sides until cooked.
6. Ready-made cutlets are best served with mashed potatoes.
