- 600 g flour
- 180 ml water
- 30 ml of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour with the salt.
2. Add the eggs, water and vegetable oil.

4. Wrap in clingfilm and leave for at least half an hour.
5. Roll out a portion of dough.
