How to make a chocolate fondant in 15 minutes: the middle spreads
Fondant is a popular chocolate dessert of French origin. Its peculiarity is that, when cut, the chocolate inside spreads out – it is extremely tasty. You can make this dish at home in just 15 minutes.
The idea of making the perfect chocolate fondue is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Viktoriia with the nickname kelbas_v. It is delicious to serve with a scoop of cool ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 75 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate (in the microwave for 1 minute or in a water bath).
2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, beat the eggs with sugar, add the chocolate mass, and mix.
3. Add the flour to all the ingredients and the dough is ready.
4. Grease muffin tins (iron, silicone, ceramic) with oil.
5. Sprinkle with cocoa, and put the dough into the molds, leaving 1 cm to the edges.
6. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 190 degrees.
7. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream, cranberries, and mint.
