  • medium potatoes - 5-6 pcs
  • onions - 2 medium
  • carrots - 1-2 pieces
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • minced chicken - 400 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper, allspice and black peppercorns, ground pepper, vegetable oil, dill sprig, 2 bay leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Chop potatoes.

2. Chop 1 onion.

3. Cut garlic (3 pcs) crosswise.

4. Grate carrots on a fine grater.

5. For meatballs, grate the other half of the carrot and a garlic clove on a fine grater.

6. Mix minced meat, egg, carrot, finely grated onion and grated garlic clove in a bowl.

7. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little oregano.

8. Form the meatballs and place them on the plates.

9. Fry the carrots and onions in vegetable oil.

10. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and salt.

11. When the potatoes boil, add the meatballs, garlic, allspice and black peas, 1 large sprig of dill, and bay leaves.

12. Cook together for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the soup stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This will make it even tastier.
