Ingredients:
- eggs
- tomatoes
- blue onion
- sweet pepper
- leek
- hard cheese
Preparation method:
1. First prepare all the vegetables: cut tomatoes into quarters, chop blue onions, cut leeks into rings, dice peppers and cheese.
