How to deliciously cook eggs for breakfast: sharing the original recipe

Eggs are a hearty, tasty and also healthy breakfast option. They can be boiled, fried and even baked, supplemented with vegetables, cheese, herbs and your favorite savory spices.
Food blogger Victoria Tomenko(viktoriya.tomenko) shared a recipe for baked eggs in the oven with vegetables and cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs
- tomatoes
- blue onion
- sweet pepper
- leek
- hard cheese
Preparation method:
1. First prepare all the vegetables: cut tomatoes into quarters, chop blue onions, cut leeks into rings, dice peppers and cheese.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish. Then put tomatoes, break eggs, add onions, peppers, leeks and cheese.
3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The cheese should melt. Bon appetit!
