The liver is a very valuable, healthy, and tasty product that can be the basis for making delicious pates, snacks, and salads. To keep the liver from being bitter and soft, cooks advise adding sugar when cooking, and soaking the liver in milk beforehand.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious liver with caramelized pear and bacon on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Liver – 500 g
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Pear – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 50 ml
  • Spices
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry the liver.

2. Add the ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, and all the spices to the liver, mix, and leave to marinate for a few minutes.

3. Cut the pear, then fry in butter and sugar. Then put the pear in the bottom of the baking dish.

4. Wrap the liver in bacon and roll it into rolls.

5. Put the rolls on the pear and simmer in the oven until tender.

Serve with fresh vegetables!
