How to cook Korean-style carrots quickly and deliciously
A delicious, hearty, and affordable salad can be made from just one commonplace product: carrots. If you add spices to it, you get Korean-style carrots, which can be eaten on their own with bread, as well as with all kinds of cereals or pasta. This salad can also be stored in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- carrots - 0.5 kg
- salt - 1\2 tsp.
- sugar - 1\2 tsp.
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- black pepper - 1\4 tsp.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp
- oil - 50 ml
- turmeric - 1\3 tsp.
- spices for Korean-style carrots - 1.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel carrots and cut them into strips.
2. Add salt, sugar, mustard, chopped garlic, vinegar and pepper. Mix well.
3. Mix oil, spices for Korean-style carrots and turmeric in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over the carrots.
4. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
