How to cook juicy chicken: the easiest recipe
Chicken can be cooked deliciously in the oven and in a frying pan. But to make the meat juicy, tender, and soft, be sure to add sauce, gravy, or marinate it beforehand.
Food blogger Oleksiy Kryuchkov (kruchkov.food) shared a recipe for baked chicken thighs in a delicious creamy spinach sauce on his Instagram page. However, any other part of the chicken is suitable for cooking: fillet, drumstick, or wings.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs
- spinach - 100 g
- cream (10%) - 200 ml
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt, pepper, seasoning
- olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put the washed spinach in the bowl of a blender, add oil and cream, garlic and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and seasoning on both sides. Fry until a crust appears on each side.
3. Put the chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
