Chicken fillet can be fried or used to make cutlets, chops, salads, and appetizers. To make the fillet juicy, you can bake it with cheese and vegetables.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious chicken fillet with feta cheese, sweet peppers and herbs.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- feta cheese
- hard mozzarella
- bell pepper
- salt, pepper, paprika, garlic
- herbs
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut a "pocket" in the chicken fillet. Season with salt and pepper, be sure to add paprika and a little vegetable oil, rub the fillet well on all sides and in the cut.
2. For the filling: mix feta, grated mozzarella, pepper cubes and herbs, add a little dried garlic.
3. Put the filling in the fillets. Place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in a preheated 190 oven for 20 minutes.
