How to cook chicken hearts in a frying pan: they will be very soft
To make the chicken hearts soft, it's enough to simmer them in a frying pan. Be sure to add cream and vegetables to ensure a special flavor. The dish can be added to pasta, various cereals and potatoes.
The idea of cooking stewed chicken hearts in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna (iren.lazun). It takes a maximum of 25 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- chicken hearts - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- cream 10% - 200 ml
- flour - 1 tbsp
- herbs
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and fry onion until golden brown. Add finely chopped carrots.
2. Stir and fry until the carrots are half cooked.
3. Add pre-peeled hearts.
4. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. They should lighten.
5. Add salt and spices to warm cream.
6. Pour over the hearts.
7. Stir and cook for 15 minutes at medium temperature until the sauce thickens.
8. Sprinkle with herbs at the end.
