Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making delicious chops and cutlets, and can also be added to salads and stewed with vegetables, mushrooms and cheese in the oven and in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- fillet - 500 g
- mushrooms - 300 g
- cream - 200 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 50-80 g
- butter - 15-20 g
- olive oil
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic, smoked paprika, salt for marinade
- black pepper, salt for the sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet in half, add olive oil and spices. Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion, then add the mushrooms. Fry for 10 minutes, season with pepper and salt, pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese, mix well and cook over low heat.
3. Fry the fillets separately until golden brown on both sides.
4. Then transfer the fillets to the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
