- garlic - 300 g

- parsley - 1 bunch

Method of preparation:
1. Peel, wash and dry the garlic.
2. Prepare the jar and lid, namely sterilize them.
3 Put dill and parsley on the bottom of the jar, fill it with garlic up to the neck.
4. To prepare the marinade, add all the necessary spices in the hot water, put on the fire and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
