Food blogger Yulia Senych (yuliia.senych) shared her secrets for making a fluffy omelet on her Instagram page. It is best to beat the egg mass with a blender, not a fork or whisk. This technology will make the omelet very fluffy and high, and there will be no lumps in it.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 1 tbsp with a slide
- salt/pepper - to taste
- milk ~ 50 ml (5 tbsp)
- mayonnaise - 1 tsp
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Blend with a blender for 30 seconds.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
4. Pour in the egg mixture.
5. Fry over medium heat under the lid.
6. Do not open the lid.
