Homemade pizza according to an authentic Italian recipe: how to prepare

Ingredients for the dough
- flour - 300 gr
- warm water - 215 ml
- dry yeast - 2 g
- oil - 15 ml
- sugar - 10-13 gr
- salt - 5 g
Ingredients for the filling
- tomato sauce - 25 g
- meat filling (sausage or ham) - 90 g
- tomato - 30 g
- mushrooms - 1 pc
- olives - 20 g
- mozzarella - 30 g
- hard cheese - 40 g
The way of cooking
1. Pour warm water into a bowl and add salt, sugar, yeast and oil. Mix thoroughly.
2. Knead the dough with a spatula and gradually add flour. The kneading process should take 5-7 minutes. As a result, the dough should be slightly sticky. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour.
3. Knead the dough and cover it with a towel again and leave it for the same time.
4. Divide the dough into two equal parts (the recipe indicates the proportions for two pizzas). Knead the dough to form a round shape.
5. Put the dough on the parchment, and move from the center to the edges to form a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm. To do this, dust your hands with flour.
6. Smear with tomato sauce, add the filling, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 8-14 minutes at 240-250 degrees.
