Healthy truffle candies in 10 minutes: a recipe without oil, lactose and sugar
Homemade sweets are a great alternative to store-bought sweets. Such a dessert can be made without sugar, oil, lactose, and most importantly, without baking. The base for the candies can be made from dried fruits, nuts, cottage cheese, and dark chocolate. The entire cooking process will take you no more than 10 minutes.
One of the culinary blogs (appetizing_melody) on Instagram published a recipe for healthy Truffles candies based on dried fruits and nuts.
Ingredients:
- dried apricots - 150 g
- walnuts - 100 g
- cocoa - 80 g (+ for decoration)
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the nuts into crumbs in a blender.
2. Grind the dried apricots separately until smooth.
3. Mix the two masses in a blender, add cocoa and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
4. Form balls from the resulting mass and roll them in cocoa.
