Glazed curds  are a dessert that both adults and children love. They are very easy to make at home without baking or even sugar. In this form, they are even healthy.

Recipe for healthy glazed cheesecakes for children

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 700 g
  • powdered sugar - 100 g
  • butter - 60 g
  • chocolate - 200 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • vanilla sugar/extract
Healthy glazed cheeses without sugar for children

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the cottage cheese, powder, butter and vanilla extract. Beat with a blender until smooth.

2. Put the resulting mass into a pastry bag and squeeze the curds into the desired shape on parchment. You can also form the curds with wet hands. Leave the curds in the freezer for 2 hours.

3. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in a water bath.

4. Pour the finished glaze over the cheesecakes and leave to defrost and harden in the refrigerator.
