Fillet chops that are always juicy and soft: how to cook them correctly
Chops are a hot meat dish that goes well with all side dishes, especially mashed potatoes. You can cook them from any meat - pork or chicken, use marinade and batter.
Food blogger Julia Simonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk) shared a recipe for chicken chops on her Instagram page, which always turn out juicy, tender and soft.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into portions and beat off with a kitchen hammer. Season each piece with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Beat the eggs separately with a whisk, prepare the flour and breadcrumbs.
3. Dredge each piece of fillet first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the chops in a well-heated frying pan with oil on both sides.
5. Serve the chops with mashed potatoes or eat with a slice of black bread.
