Elementary homemade Zebra cookies for tea: cooks for 20 minutes

Zebra cookies, which can be made very easily at home, are ideal for this occasion.

- 100 g. 82% butter
- a pinch of salt
- 10 g. vanilla sugar
- 80 g. powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp. baking powder
- 1.5 tsp. of cocoa
- 180-200 g of flour

6. Knead the soft dough.
7. Divide it into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part.

8. Mix well and wrap in plastic wrap.
9. Send to the refrigerator.
10. From the chilled dough to make balls 5 g.

11. Make circles, alternating 5 white and 5 chocolate.
