- Olive oil

Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Add spices, salt and oil. Mix well and place on a baking sheet covered with foil.
2. Peel the onion and cut it into halves. Put it on the potatoes.
3. Cut the tomatoes into rings and the lemon into halves.
4. Prepare the sauce. Add salt, spices, and the juice of half a lemon to the olive oil. Mix well.
5. Make diagonal cuts in the fish and brush it with the marinade.
6. Put a bunch of herbs, sliced lemon, and tomatoes inside the fish.
7. Put lemon and tomato in the cuts on the fish.
8. Put the fish on the onion. Cover with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
9. Remove the foil, raise the temperature to 200 degrees, and bake for another 15 minutes.
