Ingredients:
- sesame seeds – 150 g
- poppy seeds – 2 tbsp.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 50-60 g
- butter – 50 g
- flour – 70 g
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the sesame seeds lightly in a frying pan.
2. Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds, let stand, and put them on a sieve.
3. Beat the soft butter with the sugar, add the egg, and beat again, then add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix again with a mixer.
4. Add sesame seeds and poppy seeds, mix, and refrigerate the dough for 1-2 hours.
5. Using a teaspoon, place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake the cookies in the oven at 170-180 C for 15 minutes.
