Crispy bagels with jam for tea and as a snack: what to add to the dough
Homemade bagels are the perfect homemade dessert for tea, which can be made from different doughs and with different fillings. To make the dough crispy, cooks recommend adding alcohol.
Cook Myroslava shared a recipe for delicious crispy bagels with apricot jam on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- margarine - 400 g
- flour - 400 g
- dry white wine - 150 ml
- apricot jam (for the filling)
Method of preparation:
1. Sift flour and add melted margarine and wine. Knead the dough until smooth, put it in a bag, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Roll out the dough, cut it into squares, put the jam on each one and roll it up.
3. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
