Chocolate vanilla cheesecake: an incredibly delicious three-layer dessert
Here is a recipe for a delicious and beautiful cheesecake. If you follow the recipe correctly, anyone can make this dessert.
Food blogger Anna Fil shared how to do it on Instagram. According to her, the cheesecake is very tender and flavorful.
Ingredients for curd mass for a 20-26 cm mold
- Cottage cheese – 1 kg
- Sour cream if necessary
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sugar – 150 gr
- Butter – 100 gr
- Pudding – 40 gr
- Vanilla flavor – 2-3 tsp.
- Cocoa – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for the crumble
- Flour – 200 gr
- Sugar – 50 gr
- Butter – 80 gr
- Baking powder – 1/3 tsp.
- Cocoa – 2 tsp.
The way of preparation
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. If it is too dry, add a little sour cream and beat with a blender.
2. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter, pudding or starch. Mix until smooth.
3. Divide the curd mass into three parts. Add vanilla flavor to one, 1 tbsp of cocoa to the second, and 2 tbsp of cocoa to the third.
4. Prepare the crumble. Combine flour, sugar, cold-grated butter, baking powder and cocoa. Rub into crumbs with your hands.
5. Put the crumbs into a parchment-lined baking dish in the following order: crumbs – dark chocolate curd mass – light chocolate curd mass – vanilla curd mass.
6. Sprinkle with almond flakes if desired.
7. Bake at 170° degrees for 1 hour, or until the cheesecake is browned.
8. After baking, leave the cheesecake in the mold until it cools completely.
