Breakfast with several types of cheese and ham in a few minutes: how to cook
Millions of people believe that the more cheese in a dish, the better it tastes. And they are right.
But what would happen if you cooked a breakfast with different types of cheese as the main ingredients? Food blogger Olga Ryabenko decided to do this experiment. On her Instagram, she shared how to make an unusually cheesy and delicious breakfast in a few minutes.
Ingredients
- Hard cheese
- Processed cheese
- Mozzarella
- Carrot
- Ham
- Eggs
Method of preparation
1.Cut the hard cheese into thin slices and place in a frying pan.
2. When the cheese is well melted, put a few slices of melted or toasted cheese on it.
3. Beat the eggs with a whisk and salt and pour over the cheese.
4. Grate the carrots on a small grater and put them in the pan.
5. Put the ham and mozzarella on one half of the dish.
6. Cover with the second half and press down. Fry under the lid for a few minutes over low heat.
