How about baked potatoes? I love this dish. So I want to cook it with you. The only thing I propose is to change your usual preparation a little bit and make confit potatoes. This just means that we will bake them in a lot of butter. As you can see, it's nothing fancy, but the potatoes will be very tender afterwards. It's like honey for your taste buds.

We will also add dried dill because it will be great, and in addition to butter, we will take olive oil because the mix will make the taste richer.

Here is the recipe:

1. Peel and cut a kilogram of potatoes into thin slices.

Important: make the potato pieces approximately the same thickness as this will affect how evenly they are cooked. You don't want one piece to be soft and another piece to be raw (even though I believe that there are no raw vegetables as they are grown ready to eat).

2. Then mix the potatoes with 20g of soft butter, 75ml of olive oil, 1 tbsp of dried dill and 3 cloves of garlic. Put another 50-60g of butter on top, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. You can remove the foil at the end to make the potatoes golden on top. It's done. I know you might be in shock at the amount of butter and oil, but just trust me.
