To make classic mashed potatoes, the vegetable is boiled and then mashed. But if you're already used to it, that doesn't mean you can't bake it. A delicious crispy crust forms on top, and the texture is very tender and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 10 pcs (large)
  • spices (salt, bay leaves, nutmeg)
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • butter – 50 g + 5 g for greasing the mold.
  • cream – 100 g
  • milk – 100 g
  • parmesan cheese – 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes until tender with salt and bay leaf. Drain the water.

2. Combine milk, cream, and butter in a cup. The butter should melt.

3. Pour the milk-cream mixture into the potatoes and mash well.

4. Beat in the eggs and mash again.

5. Add nutmeg, and salt again, and grate Parmesan cheese.

6. Mix well.

7. Grease the baking dish with butter and put the potatoes in.

8. Make waves with the spoon or just smooth it out.

9. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown for about 50 minutes.
