Ingredients:

  • peeled apples - 3 kg
  • condensed milk - 1 b
  • water - 100 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Apples peel and core. Pour them with water, put on the stove and cook until soft.

2. Then beat the apples with a blender until smooth.

3. Add the condensed milk and beat again with a blender.

4. Put the resulting mass back on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Put the finished puree into sterile jars and close with sterile lids.
