Apple puree for the winter: an incredible dessert with condensed milk
Apple puree is an incredible dessert that is adored by adults and children alike. It is often made with only apples and no sugar – even babies can eat it in this form. However, you can add condensed milk to the puree to make it more varied. It turns out incredibly tasty.
Food blogger Marina Novikova, who goes by marisha_recepti , shared a recipe for applesauce with condensed milk "Nizhynka" on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- peeled apples – 3 kg
- condensed milk – 1 jar
- water – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Peel apples and remove core. Pour them with water, put on the stove and cook until soft.
2. Then beat the apples with a blender until smooth.
3. Add the condensed milk and beat again with a blender.
4. Put the resulting mass back on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Put the finished mashed potatoes in sterile jars and close with sterile lids.
