Ingredients:
- peeled apples - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- milk - 150 g
- rice flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sweetener - 5 ml
- sour cream 20% - 150 g
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples.
2. Cut into thin slices.
3. For the dough, combine all the ingredients and add the chopped apples.
4. Put it into the mold.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
7. Let it cool down. Very tasty when cold.
