Famous chef Alik Mkrtchyan (chef_alik_mkrtchyan) shared the idea of making perfect thin pancakes on his Instagram page. Fry the products in a dry frying pan.
Ingredients:
- 1.3 liters of milk
- 7-8 eggs (if medium)
- a teaspoon of salt
- a tablespoon of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 300 grams of flour
- 30 grams of corn starch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with flour, sugar, starch, salt with a whisk until all lumps are dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
2. It should have the consistency of very thick sour cream.
3. Add milk.
4. Mix well.
5. Add the oil.
6. Leave for 30 minutes.
7. Fry pancakes in a dry frying pan.
