President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the importance of physical activity in his daily life. According to the politician, he tries to spend at least 40 minutes a day on sports, even though he has a crazy schedule.

Zelenskyy said this in a conversation with French journalists, which was published on the YouTube channel Ze! President" YouTube channel. In the interview, he admitted that sport is a must for him. "Today I did it on the train. It doesn't take much time if you want to do it. 30 seconds – you can do it in the train corridor. You can do it anywhere," the statesman said. Among the classic exercises performed by the politician are squats and push-ups.

However, Zelenskyy noted that for him, sport is "where there are great achievements and great athletes who give their lives to it." "And for me, it's just – well, yes, a little bit of exercise. Physical exertion is necessary to give the brain a little rest. Therefore, if I have the opportunity at night, late in the evening, or very early in the morning, I try to find my 30-40 minutes," the head of state added.
